Adjustable beveled-edge squares

Precision measuring tool used to test surfaces for flatness, straightness and perpendicularity.

A square made of steel with a beveled -edge, which is used for precise measurements in mechanical engineering, toolmaking and other fields. 

Unlike fixed beveled-edge squares, an adjustable beveled-edge square permits the measuring length to be adjusted, thus enabling more flexible use on different workpieces.
