RB-Messwerkzeuge is introducing tablets into its manufacturing operations and using an MES system to link production in real time with its ERP system. This is intended to ensure digital production control and practical, real-time detailed planning in the future by enabling work planning to schedule production orders digitally in the required sequence, respond to bottlenecks or unforeseen circumstances and send them to employees via tablet at the touch of a button.
